I am now making a little soft girraffe. it should be pretty sweet, it will just take me a little bit of time.. it is pretty confusing the instructions. its like k1* and inc * and repeat for 10 rows or something like that.. when i first read it i was way confused, but once you know a bit of the lingo it is understandable.. it is an intermediate thing so i suppose you get that..
I'm very impressed! Good that you've got your Mum to help.. I have trouble even with the scarves I occasionally knit and find out what I need from the internet - I type in 'knitting', and the stitch, and then read half a dozen explanations and watch a video half a dozen times - and hope I'm getting it right. I'm possibly inventing new stitches as I go.. :)
